Miguel Estelrich:

Wella Professionals Guest Artist

Born in Mendoza, Argentina, he began to experiment with hair at the age of 14. At 17 he moved to Buenos Aires, where he began his professional career as a stylist, working at important salons. During this period he was also trained at ISA – Instituto Superior de Arte of the Teatro Colón.

Attracted by its cultural variety and by his passion for nature, Miguel moved to Brazil and discovered his second passion: makeup. From then on he published various fashion editorials for important national brands, TV specials, documentaries, and short films.

With more than 30 years of experience, Miguel is one of the most well-known artists in Brazil, a country where he has lived for over 20 years. His ability to conceptualize ideas is one of his most recognized traits.

Miguel Álvarez:

Max Factor Guest and Makeup Artist

Born in León and adoptive son of Gijón, he began his hairdressing studies at the age of 14. From then on he worked at different hair styling and makeup salons. At the age of 24 he decided to move to Madrid and try his luck in the work of television makeup.

His experience in television allowed him to meet and learn from great makeup professionals. The fruit of this was participation in the Cibeles Runway for four years, working with some of the most important designers. From this experience, as well as contact with other professional makeup artists, he learned to work with makeup focused on the fashion world, flirting with the editorial and advertising world, as well. In addition to this, he managed to always save a spot in his schedule for very special jobs, such as being the personal makeup artist for the princesses of Morocco for eight years, as well as that of famous national and international figures.
